Fresh milk should not be received up to one year of age

Milk is a natural food with complete nutrients, appropriate composition ratio and high nutritional value. It mainly provides high quality protein, vitamins and calcium. Each 100ml of milk provides approximately 122mg of calcium, which plays a positive role in promoting the growth and development of baby's bones and teeth.
However, because milk contains high concentrations of protein and minerals and lacks the right amount of iron, vitamin C and other nutrients needed by infants, it can cause a greater burden on the kidneys as well as potentially leading to iron deficiency anemia.
